" I originally saw Dr. Kitchener for a severe strain in my forearm from climbing and soon after a groin strain that was due to some complications from two hernia surgeries. I’ve had my fair share of injuries, struggled mentally and wanted desperately to heal. I not only wanted to heal, but I had a race to run and wanted to continue to train throughout the healing process. Resting for a long chunk of time wasn’t an option. Now, most PTs I have seen would simply diagnose the injury and not take in account for what I want to accomplish. That’s where Dr. Kitchener separates herself from every PT I have seen.
