Your privacy and the protection of your private information is of the utmost importance to us and we do all within our power to protect it.

The main thing to remember is that email and text messages are not guaranteed to be secure or HIPAA compliant. If you chose to initiate communication via text or email, you are accepting these risks. Also, please understand that there is no way for our office to provide an automatic “out of the office” response to text when appropriate. If you have an urgent matter, text is a good means of communicating, but if you require a response and don’t receive one within 1 business day, please call or send an email as well. That way, you will be notified if your provider is out of the office.

We do not sell your contact information and will never spam you! When you receive a text from us, there is an actual human on the other side of it. When you sign up for services, you will be given more details regarding communication with opt in/opt out options. We never collect your personal information through use of this website. As a convenience, you can receive reminders of upcoming appointments. You can change this in your patient profile. We will very occasionally send out company updates and important news via an email newsletter which you can opt out of from your patient profile or opting out directly from a received email on the rare occasion that we send one. We use a HIPAA online documentation, scheduling, and billing system made for healthcare providers called Janeapp. All of your information is stored on there and if you opt in, you will receive text message and/or email reminders of upcoming appointments. You can opt out of this at anytime through your janeapp patient profile or speaking with your provider. If you have any questions, reach out to your provider by your preferred method to get answers.

Text messaging opt-in data is not being shared with third parties. Opting Out of Text Messages: You have the right to opt out of receiving text messages from Rocky Mountain TheraPros at any time. To opt-out, you can reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. Consent and Opt-In: By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy. We ensure that your consent is obtained explicitly and that you are informed about the types of messages you will receive.
