Everyone gets one. This will be at your first session and will guide your plan of care. Do not worry, in my practice, I do not charge more for evaluation than treatment.

Orthopedic Cupping/

Myofascial Decompression

Fascia is connective tissue lining all of our organs and muscles. It attaches, stabilizes, encloses, and separates muscles and other internal organs. Fascial restrictions can greatly impair muscle and nerve functions. Fascial restrictions can be caused by trauma, repetitive motion, surgery, poor posture, etc. Myofascial release can be performed manually or with instruments (see manual therapy above), however to decompress the fascia, cups are used to create a gentle vacuum effect, then either left in a static position (usually during a guided stretch or movement) or moved along the tissues to achieve a therapeutic myofascial decompression and physiological reset.
